Zirak Mobile has essentially these areas of intervention:

- Applications development for third parties

In this area we have developed high-quality applications for both iPhone/iPad and Android, for companies such as:

Editoriale Domus Spa: application for iPhone.
Domus Architecture Selections is the iPhone/iPad application of the famous magazine Domus, reference point for people keen about architecture, design and art. Domus Architecture Selections, in fact, allows you to know and appreciate the most interesting architectures in town (since 1920 till today) as the locations of design, art and culture, turning your iPhone into a multimedia guide.

Gruppo RCS:
- Dove Viaggi, iPhone/iPad application.
Application made for the famous review of RCS Mediagroup, Dove Viaggi, reference point to who enjoys travel and discover new places. This app, in fact, provides every week informations, ideas and suggestions for trips, just for the weekends or longer: the best places to visit, where to sleep or eat, and more. Our task was to realize the iPhone App, the server environment and the interface between them.
- Domenica Quiz, iPhone/iPad application.
Application made for the famous review of RCS Mediagroup, Domenica Quiz, that allows to play to several puzzles games, peridiocally updated directly from a server. Our task was to realize the iPhone App, the server environment and the interface between them.
- Media player for Android.
It was developed a media player for Android smartphone in collaboration with Neos Group (MOBC3), the application streams audio tracks from a server repository and organize them in playlists. It was also started the porting of the same application to the RIM BlackBerry platform.

Giunti Editore: infrastructure and backend e-learning for iPhone.
Using the standard protocol “Scorm” a working e-learning demo was produced; from a generic container of lectures formatted in various ways and residing on a web repository, the app visualize the courses contents and tracks the user training for his certificate of attendance.

- Web sites implementation and optimization for mobile devices

More and more people seek information in Internet directly from their smartphone. For this reason, if you own a website or want to have one, becomes important to consider, along with specialists such as Zirak Mobile, the possibility to optimize it for mobile devices.

- Partnership

Another interesting aspect of our activities are the partnerships we started with differents organisations, i.e. with Metzleler maps (Gruppo Pirelli), a web portal that allows to share trails and tracks for bikers by users and it recommends EasyTrails GPS as iPhone app. We are doing something similar with the Master Naturalist Project of Denton County (Texas), focusing on naturalistic trails.
About Android we realized RSS widget for websites as Android Tapp and AndroidWorld.it.
